NEW ePortal Webpage

Marin Superior Court is pleased to announce the launch of the new ePortal webpage. The ePortal allows members of the public, attorneys, parties to a case, and justice partners the ability to view court case and calendar information online. The ePortal is free to use and open to the public, but registration is required in order to gain access. Please proceed to https://www.marin.courts.ca.gov/ecourt-online-portal to learn more about the ePortal, account creation, and what information is contained within each tab.

The ePortal replaces the Court's historical Register of Actions, Public Index, and Calendar webpages. These pages will remain temporarily available but will be removed in the future. Individuals who referenced these webpages previously are encouraged to register for a new ePortal account to gain access to current court case and calendar information.
