UPDATED Notice Re Ex Parte Applications in Civil and Family Law Divisions

Any attorney or party requesting an Ex Parte order is required to deliver all documents required pursuant to California Rule of Court 3.1201 and/or 5.151 and the Ex Parte fee to Room 113 no later than 10:00 a.m. the court day before the hearing. Read more.
